Learn how to make classic and innovative flavors of holiday ice cream including pumpkin, eggnog, cinnamon juniper, gingerbread, pink peppermint and very berry sauce for a tasty topping with guest chef and ice cream expert Wheeler del Torro!
Class includes hands-on instruction in several flavors of holiday ice cream, samples of holiday ice cream flavors, and recipes to take home.

Tuesday, January 8th, 8-10 pm: Soft Opening to debut 3 Scoops’ New Menu
Join us for a soft-opening of 3 Scoops’ new cafe menu. 3 Scoops worked closely with chef and pop up restraunteur Wheeler del Torro to develop a healthy menu featuring quick serve salads, sandwiches, and smoothies.
You are invited to join us for a free unlimited pasta and salad bar to sample new menu items. Desserts, including del Torro’s Black Label ice cream, will be on hand. Guests will also be able to sample new smoothies and pressed juices.
